Project Manager/Coordinator

Job Summary

To manage projects from concept from permit through project completion. To be innovative, creative, accountable and resourceful while maintaining excellent customer relations with utmost integrity building trusted relationships making us legendary in our clients, subcontractors and community.

 

Operations Project Coordinator

  • Execute all responsibilities of project coordinator on projects from bidding to close out
  • Send drawings out for bid, create scopes, collect bids, collect samples, summarize bids Maintain Subcontractor relations including change order logs, contact list, paperwork, as builts, warranty information, insurance, etc.
  • Update and maintain project schedule
  • Might need to drive items to job site, clients or vendors
  • Assist in entering invoices into accounting software Team Management
  • Provide leadership and project support to organization, client and team
  • Advise and support organization in making every project successful (quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction) – Build like it was your own
  • Coordinate and schedule all faucets of the project with field personnel & subcontractors

Market/Business Development

  • Work with leadership team to develop business development strategy, plan, and goals for organization by maintaining our social media presence
  • Maintain log for leads and develops both new/existing relationships with owners, contractors, subcontractors, officials, and consultants for assigned projects

Technical Development

  • Seek personal technical development as an industry leader utilizing the most current methods, practices, materials, and techniques
  • Assist in resolving technical and software issues related to project

Reporting

  • Assist in developing performance indicators ex: QTC report (Quality, Time & Cost)
  • Maintain punch list including days of completion

Qualifications

  • One years’ experience or three years without related degree
  • Demonstrated experience in all aspects of Construction Management
